Brooks is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to provide administrative support for the Always-On & Targeted functions within their influencer marketing team. This role involves collaborating with the Influencer Marketing Lead to ensure the success of influencer functions, both digital and in real life (IRL). In addition to supporting cross-program product-seeding initiatives, the Specialist will be responsible for coordinating in-season photography and videography activations. Building relationships with influencers and maintaining awareness of social media and pop culture trends are key components of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day communication and decisions for influencer marketing and content creator projects.
  • Manage product orders/fulfillment, contracts, and digital assets for social media initiatives across all channels.
  • Plan and execute in-season photography and videography activations aligned with core channel and seasonal campaign KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer and creator content assets to the social calendar.
  • Work with the Retail Marketing team to identify key products for featured photography/videography projects.
  • Upload and maintain all influencer marketing content on Brooks’ digital asset management platform.
  • Conduct searches on social media platforms to find influencers aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Build product seeding assortment planners based on marketing calendar priorities.
  • Attend IRL influencer activations and photo/video sessions, providing on-site support to Influencer Marketing Lead.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers that align with the Brooks brand and target audiences.
  • Stay updated on influencer, social media, pop culture, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for the influencer marketing channel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing and content creator projects.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, including channel growth and brand partnerships.
  • Proven track record in achieving results within influencer programs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with photography and videography activations is a plus.
  • Passion for fashion, beauty, and/or interior design on social media is advantageous.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position, based at the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $56,942 – $79,779 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
