For one of our clients in Charlotte, North Carolina, Robert Half Marketing & Creative is searching for a freelance Social Media Specialist.

For 20 to 25 hours per week, our client is searching for a local individual to assist with their social media needs!

This job is entirely remote.

Responsibilities:

For a six-month contract, our organization is looking for a Senior Local Social Media Specialist to manage and improve our social media presence in the US. You will be in charge of planning, carrying out, and refining social media strategy for sites including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube in this capacity.

To make sure that our material is suited for the US market, you will collaborate virtually with a team in the area as well as an outside content developer.

  • Social Media Management: Assess and implement social media plans with an emphasis on natural posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, and kid-friendly sites.
  • Local-Specific Posts: To effectively engage the target audience, create 5-8 local-specific posts per month.
  • Content curation: Without the requirement for specialized design knowledge, work with an outside content developer to guarantee the production of pertinent and captivating information.
  • Scheduling: To manage the content calendar and schedule social media postings, use Implify.
  • Analytics: Track and evaluate social media data, offering suggestions and advice for improvement, particularly with regard to sponsored social media advertising.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Look for proactive ways to get involved and expand in the local market.
  • Product Integration: Make interesting social media posts using our product.
  • On-Site Collaboration: The role is mostly remote, although you may occasionally visit the office as needed.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of managerial experience on social media.
  • Proficiency on social networking sites such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
  • Strong analytical abilities for optimization and metric analysis.
  • Self-driven and capable of doing productive work from a distance.
  • Sharp eye for seeing chances to expand on social media.
  • Awareness of the social media environment in the US.
  • The capacity to work together with outside content producers.
  • It has to be within the United States.
