ATTN: is a full-service creative agency that aims to bring to light the important issues of our society. The organization is seeking a Social Media Manager to join their growing team, who will be responsible for creating and optimizing social media campaigns. The position requires the candidate to be highly analytical and creative, and possess a deep understanding of social media and media landscape.
This is a freelance, part-time job with the potential to get extended.
Responsibilities
– Develop paid social media campaigns for branded content while simultaneously enhancing the return on ad spend (ROAS)
– Handle various campaigns at several different budget levels and provide insights regarding client and internal budget allocation
– Manage relevant reporting for both paid and organic content across different teams and assist with the preparation of comprehensive wrap reports as per requirement
– Provide advice on content and media strategies based on the insights derived from qualitative and quantitative research projects
– Implement social analysis for campaigns and create visual deliverables using charts, tables, and infographics to make the data more understandable
– Utilize industry 3rd party tools and proprietary data to uncover campaign insights/reporting, enabling effective decision-making
– Collaborate with teams, assessing insightful analysis, performance and recommendations regularly to business partners
– Be an expert on social media measurement and shareable content by drilling into trends, testing hypotheses, and extracting impactful insights
Qualifications
– Must have 3-5 years of experience working in social media, digital, agency, and insight/storytelling
– Effective communication skills (oral and written)
– Experience working with analytics visualization tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc
– Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and communicate trends, drive the data and develop cohesive stories
– Experience with collaborative tools, content optimization, and paid media and social promotion
– Knowledgeable about social media and understands its measurement and research best practices
