We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator + Content Editor to become a valuable member of our expanding team at our astute, astute, female-led business. This position is for you if you are driven to support the success of women in business, have an obsession with social media, are an enthusiastic performer, and have a pulse on what’s going on in the world of women in business.

The ideal applicant will be passionate about working in a team, have strong communication and social media skills, email marketing, Canva, copywriting, and general marketing expertise. You want to work in a field and atmosphere that move quickly. In addition to creating and implementing our social media and email schedules, this position will also be in charge of graphic design, video editing, social media and website content generation, and brand voice development.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep up of social media content trends and use them to your advantage while creating content.
  • Oversee social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms (Entreprenista, Startups in Stilettos, Entreprenista 100, The Entreprenista League, etc.).
  • Create and select interesting material for social media sites.
  • Content creation involves using Canva, Photoshop, and other programs to write prose, create graphics, edit videos, and design.
  • Plan the release of Entreprenista Podcast and Stiletto Startups content on social media.
  • Assist the Director of Membership and the Partnerships Account Director with the creation of all Partnership and Entreprenista League content.
  • Assist the Editorial, Podcast, and Partnership teams in closely coordinating material to be published on various platforms (social media, email, etc.).
  • Make and update a content calendar for every social media network.
  • Create reports by gathering, compiling, and evaluating data on a monthly basis. Then, publish the recommendations you make to improve performance in light of the data.
  • Find background information for press releases and blogs, identify target audiences, and more by conducting research to assist the team in understanding competitive landscapes.
  • Additional tasks as delegated; job responsibilities are subject to change at any time in order to accommodate business requirements

Requirements:

ESSENTIALS

  • 2+ years of marketing, social media, or communications experience
  • MUST be a capable self-starter with the ability to solve problems on your own
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities ARE A MUST
  • MUST possess a solid background in graphic design and be proficient in Photoshop and/or Canva.
  • MUST possess editing and copywriting expertise
  • MUST have experience making TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • MUST possess a positive and can-do attitude
  • An entrepreneurial mindset combined with the capacity for initiative, multitasking, and priority setting
  • Knowledge of leveraging social media to address business issues
  • Knowledge of statistics and marketing tactics
  • Outstanding knowledge in the social media sector
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong sense of business

  • A team player with an attitude of “all hands on deck”
