Position Description

MetroStar Systems is searching for a motivated SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be part of the Application Development Team and responsible for delivering customization support to multiple SharePoint Applications for a Federal Customer. You will work closely with your teammates and the customer to make an impact across the federal government.

Responsibilities

– Lead the requirements gathering and design decisions for all customizations.
– Troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues.
– Collaborate with the team and the customer to deliver content modification and customization support to multiple SharePoint Applications for a Federal Customer.

Qualifications

– A Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or a related discipline (Higher education is a plus).
– At least 5 years of professional software development experience and proficiency in SharePoint development, PowerApps Development, C# and .NET Framework.
– Experience with N-Tier application development framework and familiarity with SQL Server (or other major DBMS) using SQL and stored procedures.
– Experience with CSS, XML, XSLT and client scripting skills (JavaScript, jQuery, JSON and AJAX).
– Solid Internet and Intranet application development experience.
– Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
