Responsibilities:

  • Including network hardware, software solutions, and MSP (Managed Services Provider), oversee all data and voice network services for Clario worldwide.
  • Designs, installs, configures, and maintains firewalls/IPS, VPN access, load balancers, DNS/DHCP, certificate management, MFA, NAC, cloud (AWS/Azure) networks, and wireless networks.
  • Manage all network circuits, including SD-WAN, MPLS, Cloud Connection, P2P, T1/E1, PRI, SIP, and IPSEC, for all offices and the data center. Assist the customer care team with voice network issues, such as EPBX, Toll Free numbers, and MS-teams.
  • Develop a business case, investigate and assess network options, and oversee the architectural and implementation processes.
  • Oversee and complete network initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with technology suppliers such as Checkpoint, Cisco, Dell, F5, Equinix, Lumen, and others to examine open issues and implement chances for improvement.
  • Create and preserve a fruitful working relationship with the MSP account team and other team members.
  • Discuss network performance, the backlog of tickets, and potential for service enhancement on a weekly or daily basis with the MSP.
  • To guarantee compatibility and preserve network stability and performance, review and supervise the implementation of any changes to the network.

  • Collaborate with a variety of teams, including IT, Procurement, Finance, R&D, Vendors, and Managed Service providers, to manage outcomes in accordance with IT requirements. Work well with stakeholders and senior leadership in this regard.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is necessary; a technical background in IT networks is highly valued.
  • MUST have managed network services (voice and data) for medium- to large-sized enterprises for at least ten years.
  • Prior experience developing and overseeing network services, such as LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Firewall/VPN, Cloud (AWS/Azure) Network, Load-Balancer/WAF, NAC, DNS, Certificate Management, MFA, Wireless, is a MUST for global offices and data centers.
  • Prior knowledge of call center voice infrastructure and network circuits, including SD-WAN, MPLS, Cloud Connection, P2P, T1/E1, PRI, SIP, IPSEC, EPBX, Toll Free numbers, and MS-teams, is a MUST.
  • prior expertise leading a network team and managed services provider.
  • Previous management experience with providers of hardware and software, such as Checkpoint, Cisco, F5, Dell, Lumen, Equinix, Aruba, etc.
  • Capacity to oversee daily network services tasks, problems, and results.
  • the capacity to properly explain complicated network concerns and draw network diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT networking, including LDAP, DNS, IPAM, Radius, TACACS, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SSH, BGP, OSPF, Operating Systems, Servers, Storage, Backup, Routers, Switches, Monitoring, SD-WAN, P2P, MPLS, IPSEC, T1/PRI, Cloud Network-AWS/Azure, Network monitoring, and Wireless.
  • strong knowledge of network security, including MFA, load balancing/WAF, firewalls, VPNs, IPS, and DNS security
  • Strong grasp of ITSM best practices and principles, such as incident, problem, change, and database management (CMDB); ability to develop executive summaries, reports, and dashboards; and ability to deliver presentations to senior leadership.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is required.
  • Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking are preferred. Any certification related to networking, such as CISSP, F5, Palo Alto, CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE
