Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist Testing Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and create test data for various applications.
• Identify and estimate test-related tasks.
• Analyze testing needs and create supporting scripts.
• Refresh, update, and mine test data as required.
• Comply with data security and compliance guidelines.
• Provision data for QA testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing.
• Integrate data de-identification and synthetic data tools into application pipelines.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and clients.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications required for the Senior Specialist Testing Engineer role include the following:

• A minimum of 8 years of IT experience in testing.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Health Plan domains.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Test Data Management using TDM tools (preferably Delphix and Genrocket).
• Experience in database management systems like Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $97,000.00 to $136,000.00 USD per year based on various factors such as the candidate’s experience, work location, technical skills, and other relevant qualifications.
