Job Description:

Joining our expanding Learning and Development Team is a Senior Specialist. Support for projects and content management will be offered by the Senior Specialist to Slalom’s Go to Market and Consulting populations. We are looking for someone that is passionate about influencing productivity, employee engagement, and company performance while also relishing doing forward-thinking research to influence the programs of the future.

What You Will Do

  • Lead initiatives for learning that the Chief Customer Officer sponsors
  • Lead the learning initiatives inside the Consultant Development Team by expanding and improving the programs for Consultant Development Learning
  • Research new developments in the consulting and sales domains thoroughly.
  • Examine industry publications, market data, and scholarly literature to find important opportunities and insights.
  • Create surveys and measurements, then examine the data to track the effects of the program and guide strategy and changes.
  • Work well and cooperatively with Slalom’s internal teams as well as as a member of the Global People Team

What You’ll Bring

  • 2 to 3 years of project management and coordination, or comparable experience in a demanding and fast-paced work setting; support of large-scale corporate events, educational opportunities, and/or programs with a people focus
  • prior work in HR, Talent Management, Corporate Learning, or related areas
  • Ability to evaluate critically and creatively in order to determine the advantages and disadvantages of different answers, findings, or methods to issues
  • Thorough attention to detail combined with the capacity to plan, motivate, and oversee several projects and work items
  • Capability of converting concepts into understandable written and visual materials or communications
  • Effective teamwork and verbal and written interpersonal communication
  • shown success working on several dynamic projects with a high degree of autonomy both alone and in teams.
  • having built and maintained SharePoint sites or other document management systems.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • BA or undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or a similar discipline, or comparable work experience
