Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate year-round Executive Engagement and Global Health Equity Network communities (African American, Latinx, and Women in Health IT).
• Manage project activities, communications, and sponsorships.
• Create and distribute monthly newsletters and manage website pages.
• Recruit and engage community members and webinar presenters.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support CIO Connect program and regional member activities.
• Assist with budgeting for supported programs.
• Provide administrative and customer service support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Project Management or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of project and/or program management experience

Key Skills:

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (Personify or Fonteva preferred), and social media tools.
• Knowledge of web tools (Drupal) and survey platforms.
• Ability to work with cross-functional, virtual communities and teams.
