Position Description

Swiftly Systems is an innovative technology provider that helps grow sales and loyalty in retailers worldwide while enabling brands to connect with shoppers via retail media networks. In line with our mission to expand our platform, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for researching trends and market patterns that will establish feature requirements, product roadmaps, and KPIs for products owned. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing detailed business requirements and user stories for each product or feature, creating buy-in for the product vision, and driving customer adoption. Other responsibilities include:

– Working on product areas that grow the advertising value of the marketplace for both advertisers and users
– Managing products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to growth and ending stages
– Leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategies
– Owning roadmap strategy and definition
– Owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have 8+ years of demonstrated experience in platform product management. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in high-scale online services, 2 years of experience designing digital advertising platforms, and experience with the development of experimentation, recommendation, and other platforms/platform components. You should also have experience working with diverse teams and partners across complex organizations to achieve results, managing engagement with executive-level partners, and understanding software development life-cycle principles and online services management. Other qualifications include:

– A bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Computer Science (or Equivalent Job Experience)
– Familiarity with technical aspects of programmatic digital advertising, including industry standards and best practices
– Passion for technology and commitment to learning

– Advanced degree with a focus on business or product management
– Familiarity with ad tech in applications
– Demonstrated ability across a host of skill sets, including customer segmentation, new product strategy and execution, and product analytics
– Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment with a proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
