Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work directly with provider experience teams to establish product vision, support team execution, and achieve strategic projects. This is a chance to make a difference in helping providers establish and manage their practices on Headway.

You are going to:

• As part of a gifted and motivated cross-functional team, apply your expertise in visual design, product thinking, and system stewardship to advance our product vision and provide product solutions.
• As we expand the provider experiences, contribute to and improve the Headway design system (Helix).
• Participate in the basis, process, and team culture of a world-class start-up design team.

Pay and Perquisites:

• One compensation target per role serves as the foundation for salary information.
• Senior Product Designers start at $195,500, and their pay rises to $230,000 depending on their experience and length of service in the field.
