We are looking for a driven and expert product designer to help us create our product’s future versions. Someone with agency, deep empathy, and a track record of building complicated systems to deliver delightful user experiences should apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Developing fresh, enhanced items that boost the web3 and DeFi’s clarity and user agency.
- Handle challenging issues in cutting-edge technology, contribute to the creation of new mental models, and create innovative interactions.
- Through writing, external communication, and new procedures, assist in defining the design culture of a developing design team.
- Create conceptual wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using a human-centered approach that includes qualitative and quantitative data.
- Do usability testing and user research early in the product development process. Integrate quantitative and qualitative data to enhance the user experience overall.
- Create a wireframe prototype using research to test new product concepts.
- Work on discovery projects in conjunction with engineering and product.
- Assist in the development of an uniform design system.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of expertise designing products for the web.
- 2+ years of experience developing fintech, payment, or financial reporting products.
- Expert in graphic design, interaction design, user interface design, and information architecture.
- Having knowledge of establishing and growing component libraries or design systems.
- A formidable portfolio showing innovative design (web2 consumer-like experiences).
- Solid practical experience with modern product design tools like Figma.
- Good communication abilities with empathy, able to collaborate and successfully handle divergent viewpoints and potential conflicts between teams.
- Knowledge of creating web applications (mobile is not required).
- Familiar with the web3 ecosystem.
- Copywriting for UX.
