Responsibilities:
- Creating appealing, clear core digital journeys and products by combining ideas, company needs, research, and creative vision.
- To create needs and comprehend the viability of solutions, work closely with the Product, Research, and Engineering teams.
- By using our Research Program to include Card Member thoughts and concepts throughout the creative process, we can ground ideas in data-driven solutions.
- Be a fervent supporter of the Card Member.
- Create and maintain connections with internal partners
- Collaborating and exchanging thoughts in a friendly manner
Requirements:
- 5+ years of expertise designing for the web and mobile
- Ability to apply and advance digital experiences and UI design with a clear understanding of UX design patterns and the ability to prioritize work streams across a variety of activities.
- Ability to explain design’s contribution to user and business goals to business partners, agencies, and external stakeholders
- Skills in ideation, drawing, wireframing, and user flows Experience working closely with product and engineering in an agile environment
- Knowledge of Figma
Salary: $95,000 to $165,000 per year including bonuses and benefits
