Position Description

CaptivateIQ is a renowned sales commission platform, trusted by many industry acclamations and well-known companies including DataRobot, Gong, and Lattice. As the Senior Product Designer, your responsibility will be to make an impact on the design strategy of the Commission Management Model of CaptivateIQ. You will be a part of the Product Design Team, which is as crucial as the Engineering and Product Management teams in the company.

Responsibilities

– Work with the cross-functional team to understand the user’s need, design creative and compelling solutions that gratify them.
– Be transparent and iterative in the feedback-driven process and work with PMs, engineers, and other customer-facing teams to advocate for product quality.
– Create polished design mocks following style and brand guidelines, be an expert in interaction design, and frame user flows, information architecture, sitemaps, and wireframes.
– Empathize with users and businesses, have ability in diving into complex system design problems, and understand the product goals to produce effective user experiences.

Qualifications

– More than 7 years of designing and launching enterprise level and complex products, with expertise in system or enterprise tools.
– Professional experience in end-to-end product design, paying attention to interaction and user experience.
– Confidence in solving complex system design issues and communicating with cross-functional teams is crucial.
– Full proficiency in explaining design processes and their suitability for the particular problems.
