Position Description
TBC Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with 12-15 years of work experience, preferably with a strong digital marketing focus. This senior-level manager position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising, with a master’s degree (MBA) highly preferred. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of key national marketing initiatives for the US & Canada and manage Midas Grand Opening campaigns & Store Transfers.
The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical skillset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work through challenges and complexity. You must be an energetic and passionate leader who thrives on both ownership of key responsibilities and an enthusiastic team dynamic. In this position, you will use analytical thinking to solve problems and present recommendations, and you will be comfortable as a marketing generalist and project manager. You must have a minimum of 5 years or more of leadership experience with direct reports.
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you must be able to build and execute plans and communicate across all levels of an organization. The position calls for a curious and proactive self-starter, capable of building strong, collaborative relationships with the sales team and franchisees. You will use data and consumer insights to develop strategies and activation plans across Paid Search, CRM, and Web.
In this hybrid work model, you will work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and be onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, on Tuesdays through Thursdays. You must have occasional evening and weekend availability dependent upon business needs, as well as occasional travel in major cities within the US and Canada to support business needs.
Responsibilities
– Lead execution of key national marketing initiatives for US & CANADA
– Manage Midas Grand Opening campaigns & Store Transfers
– Review and validate strategies and activation plans grounded in data and consumer insights
– Analyze promotional performance and media channel effectiveness
– Evaluate creative work and media opportunities
– Travel domestically and internationally (Canada) as needed
Qualifications
– 12-15 years work experience, preferably with a strong digital marketing focus
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising required, Masters degree (MBA) highly preferred
– Must have a minimum of 5 years or more of leadership experience with direct reports
– Strategic thinker – curious by nature with strong analytical skillset
– Self-motivated, organized, and able to work through challenges and complexity
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with team members
– Proactive self-starter
– Strong Excel skills and proficient across the MS Office suite
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Act effectively under deadlines
