Position Description

AbleTo, the leading provider of technology-enabled behavioral healthcare, is seeking a Senior Manager with operational experience to scale processes and drive operational efficiency within the company’s growing organization. As the Senior Manager, Therapy Operations, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, investment banking, or data analytics and is passionate about improving access to high-quality mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

– Develop and implement process improvements to enhance therapy delivery and provider experience
– Monitor key operational and performance metrics for the therapy service delivery department, presenting findings to stakeholders and leadership
– Work with data and product teams to develop software tools to enhance the delivery of therapy services and the AbleTo provider community experience
– Manage and drive cross-functional strategic projects, owning the project scope, timelines, and stakeholder relationships
– Evaluate financial impact of operational changes and present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
– Collaborate with clinical leaders on company strategy and growth initiatives

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or analytical discipline, with an MBA preferred
– 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations at a high growth startup, investment banking, data analytics, or product management
– Healthcare industry experience with a preference for experience in behavioral health care
– Strong operational experience including implementing, evaluating, and scaling complex operational processes
– Ability to use data to uncover insights, opportunities, and make strategic decisions
– Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
– Willingness to take initiative and accept feedback while demonstrating high levels of accountability
– Motivated to drive results and grow with the company
