Position Description
Join First American Home Warranty, a member of the First American family of companies, as the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics. The Senior Manager will operate within business units to balance both strategic and operational contributions to the company’s success. The position will define, develop, model, and continuously assess company culture while ensuring long-term corporate stability by leading and managing effectively and efficiently. This is a full-time senior level manager position.
Responsibilities
– Manage the strategy, implementation, governance, and usage of marketing analytics tools and data in order to drive better business outcomes.
– Ensure consistent tracking and flow-through of marketing and sales data across platforms.
– Develop and execute methodologies for measuring and predicting the success of marketing initiatives using sales, media, research, and customer data.
– Ideate, execute, and measure A/B tests across channels to drive improvements in conversion and return on investment.
– Serve as the internal subject matter expert on key marketing technology tools including Google Analytics, GTM, digital phone tracking software, A/B testing tools, and various data/ELT processes impacting these tools.
– Lead and guide direct reports in hands-on implementation activities that impact marketing measurement and serve as a key stakeholder on the marketing leadership team.
Qualifications
– Expert level knowledge of key marketing technology tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, SQL, Tableau, among others.
– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– 7-10 years of directly related experience.
– Ability to troubleshoot complicated data process flows impacting sales and marketing performance.
– Understanding of best practice on configuring and maintaining a marketing technology and analytics ecosystem.
– Strong communication skills and a strong bias towards action.
– Successful track record of designing, developing, and executing critical complex projects in more than one area of functional expertise.
– Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the Senior Management level across functional groups and business units.
– Adeptness to change thinking of others in sensitive situations, using influence and preventing damage to the relationships.
– Provides others with reliable information and delivers informative and persuasive presentations.
– Can collaboratively engage with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further the effectiveness of the business.
– High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, and influence change.
