The Senior Manager of Global Influencers will play a pivotal role in developing relationships, managing contracts, and activating marketing campaigns with influencers aligned with the Razer Brand. This position will ensure that influencer content is seamlessly integrated into Razer’s social media strategy, overall product marketing, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with online influencers and content creators through proactive outreach.
- Manage influencer contract deliverables and provide routine reports, including performance data analysis on relevant influencer metrics.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with influencers that align with the brand.
- Plan and execute regional and global marketing strategies involving influencers to drive engaging and relevant conversations and content across various marketing channels.
- Foster engagement and growth of Razer’s social user base across different influencer channels, including Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Coordinate and support regional (US/Canada) organic and paid influencer marketing strategies to ensure sustained growth and engagement.
- Monitor and report on customer and influencer feedback on social networking sites, actively participate in online conversations, and relay findings to management.
- Act as the Razer community ambassador, engaging with fans and influencer scouts at events and trade shows.
- Coordinate and facilitate the production of social media content with influencers, whether in studios, offices, or events.
- Ensure that influencer campaigns meet objectives and stay within budget.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
Influencer Marketing Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of influencer marketing trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape.
- Established network of influencer relationships and industry connections.
- Track record of successful influencer campaigns and partnerships.
