Seamless.AI is in search of an experienced Senior Manager of Affiliate and Influencer Marketing to lead engagement channels related to influencers and oversee the affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate should have a track record of establishing profitable partnerships and achieving million-dollar sales through affiliate, channel, and influencer marketing. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at adapting to changing priorities, possesses strong organizational skills, and has successfully grown affiliate and influencer marketing programs to seven figures. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our community of over 700,000 users and implementing initiatives to encourage the promotion of Seamless.AI.

This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and involves close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the affiliate and influencer program to generate $1 million+ in sales within the first year.
  • Develop partnerships with affiliates, influencers, customers, and prospects.
  • Cultivate relationships with B2B influencers and create programs to drive positive business outcomes for Seamless.AI.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to recruit Seamless.AI users, customers, followers, and relevant audiences for our affiliate and influencer marketing programs.
  • Conduct live and recorded training sessions for affiliates on Seamless.AI and methods to attract more users through their efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and encourage them to promote our affiliate and influencer programs.
  • Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing KPI performance, increasing scalability, and optimizing marketing expenditures.
  • Continuously run customized offers, programs, and incentives to expand our programs.
  • Establish, develop, and manage direct relationships with top partners.
  • Create offers and bonuses to keep all affiliates motivated and enthusiastic about promoting the #1 Contact List Building Tool that empowers sales professionals to 10X their sales!

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in building affiliate and influencer marketing programs, with a track record of generating seven figures or more in sales.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, including the ability to identify, prioritize, and communicate high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
  • Experience with large user bases (500k+).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the affiliate space and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models.
  • Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnels, performance marketing KPIs, and profitability drivers.
  • Proven ability to drive projects from initiation to completion.
  • Passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and affiliate/channel/influencer marketing.
  • A strong and loyal following on LinkedIn and within the sales community.
  • Proven track record of generating influencer, affiliate, and channel revenue, preferably exceeding $1 million.
  • Prior experience in building and managing profitable affiliate and partnership programs.
  • Specific knowledge and experience working with Sales influencers is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with an affiliate platform, such as Partnerstack, is strongly desired.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
