Peloton is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the creator and influencer strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive strategy for creator and influencer marketing, overseeing its implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives. The goal is to increase brand awareness, maximize audience engagement, and solidify Peloton as the preferred platform for creators.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global influencer and creator marketing strategies to enhance brand building, storytelling, cultural relevance, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with Talent and VIP/Celebrity teams to create a global and locally relevant creator ecosystem strategy, including celebrities, ambassadors, influencers, and creators.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers through organic gifting and paid partnerships to boost brand relevance.
  • Provide global influencer guidance and direction to regional teams for influencer identification and engagement.
  • Lead North America influencer strategy and execution to generate brand value and nurture relationships with Peloton creators/influencers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop content creation briefs, manage talent-led campaigns, and organize influencer activations.
  • Identify innovative influencer and creator partnerships that support broader marketing campaigns and experiential activations.
  • Oversee global measurement and reporting, tracking key KPIs, including reach, engagement, and conversions by campaign.
  • Negotiate and manage brand ambassador contracts and agency partnerships.
  • Manage influencer and creator marketing budgets.
  • Stay updated on marketing, culture, and social media trends and become an expert in the field.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of social marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of influencer strategies from owned, earned, and paid perspectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of social trends and experience working with celebrities, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Proven leadership skills in executing client programs, time management, team building, mentoring, and client relations.
  • Experience in the Consumer Brands space.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative agencies to develop comprehensive campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
