Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of Informatics must exhibit extraordinary leadership qualities, including the capacity to motivate and steer a sizable cross-functional team toward a shared goal. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement for this position. This job will be crucial in innovative data concepts, analytical concepts, information visualizations, and data infrastructure and housing.
To ensure effective collaboration and fluid communication, communication skills will be required.
The Manager will also design and present new strategic approaches for departments across the business as well as report to pertinent stakeholders on the performance of the data analytics and warehousing departments. These reports and presentations need to be precise, compelling, understandable, and suited to the audience in question. In addition to having excellent computer skills, the Senior Manager of Informatics must be an expert user of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint in order to create visually and verbally captivating reports and presentations for departmental heads/management, senior analytics leadership, and important stakeholders.
In order to ensure a comprehensive awareness of cost trends, cost drivers, and market trends, this job will collaborate closely with other Sr. Managers. It is crucial for this job to have strong data analytics and information delivery to executive level leadership skills.
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 75,400 minimum; 162,700 maximum

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for this role will have at least five years’ experience working in a department that handles data analytics or data warehousing.
- Expertise in forming teams with members from data analytics and warehousing and bringing disparate functions together to complete successful data analytic projects.
- Expertise in workflow-enabled solution deployment, data architecture design and development, and business process analysis.
Project management, strategic planning, and market/business intelligence. - Extensive expertise working with massive data sets and computing technologies like Hadoop, as well as cross-functional business experience.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Excel and Microsoft Office product experience.
- Expertise with SQL server reporting services, Tableau, analytical services, Power Bi or any other data visualization tools.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities for productive cross-functional collaboration.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably as a Head of Analytics, in a department handling data analytics or data warehousing.
- Prefer master’s degree
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information technology, economics, statistics, information systems, Applied Math, business administration, or similar work experience is required for this position.
