A Senior Manager of Business Analytics with a track record of building the fundamental infrastructure and tools that unlock business analytics within a team is needed by the North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Operations People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team.
You will create the basic business analytics infrastructure in this position. A strategic vision and plan for team development will be created. You will examine the technology options to advance analytics into the future (i.e., forward-looking, predictive, and automated) and evaluate the current infrastructure while making adjustments recommendations.
Responsibilities:
You will oversee the NACF PXT PMO Business Analytics team’s strategic direction. You will evaluate the current infrastructure and offer scalable and cost-effective business tools and infrastructure. A long-term business analytics plan that takes talent management, talent development, infrastructure management, and tool and resource development into account will be created.
Additionally, you will collaborate with outside data and analytics teams to develop the roadmap and long-term objectives of the team while staying committed to our objective of supplying the appropriate data at the appropriate time to support a successful frontline PXT company.

The program management office (PMO) for the North America Customer Fulfillment People eXperience & Technology (NACF PXT) facilitates the organization’s strategic direction. The governance of all NACF PXT-wide projects, programs, portfolios, procedures, and standards enables us to do this. We also offer the launch, change management, and analytical support required to advance the organization’s strategic imperatives. Thousands of people in operations and PXT are supported by this team, enabling the business to innovate and lead at scale.
To create a successful frontline PXT business, we return time from working on projects, assess standard work, and deliver data to the field.
Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree
- 10+ years of experience working in business analytics or a related field.
- Five or more years of successful team management.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity in setting up data infrastructure (such as Redshift, S3, data pipelines, etc.).
- Creating infrastructure with the ability to provide effective reporting across various data sources.
- Knowledge of developing and advising KPIs to unbiasedly monitor business performance
