To join the NOCD Analytics team, we are seeking a Senior Lead Data Analyst that is highly analytical and driven by mission. Our group helps decision-makers by giving them the appropriate information and applying it to find answers. Since we are a highly cooperative team that works with executives from throughout the organization, the Senior Lead Data Analyst should anticipate gaining knowledge and exposure to all NOCD teams. This entails offering Finance, Network Operations, Clinical, and Member Services sophisticated analytical support. The management and improvement of the clinical measuring platform will be spearheaded by this position. Every member’s clinical development is tracked by the platform, which also measures the effectiveness of our clinical protocol and quantifies symptom reduction and quality of life improvements. In addition, this position will help with clinical research, clinical publications, and predictive analytics creation that enhances member adherence to the clinical protocol and the delivery of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage reporting frameworks and analytical models for assessing and enhancing operational effectiveness and clinical healthcare outcomes.
  • Assist internal business departments with data and analytics mentoring to raise the organization’s level of analytics proficiency.
  • Get together with the health plan partners of NOCD to discuss clinical results and utilization information.
  • Work on large-scale planning and strategy initiatives, including as process optimization, data analytics reporting, and goal-setting and tracking.
  • Find opportunities within the company to improve processes that will spur growth and offer direction for carrying out the plan.

Requirements:

  • Four to eight years of experience in high-growth startups, the technology industry, or business operations and product management
  • strong data modeling abilities and knowledge of putting improvements into a data warehouse into practice
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical field (as a vendor, with health plans, or with providers)
  • a bachelor’s degree in statistics, public health, computer science, mathematics, information management, or a related field of study
  • outstanding analytical and data skills (fluent in Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL)
  • Outstanding abilities in developing and presenting data presentations
  • Excellent cross-functional project management abilities; a preference for having worked with software and finance teams
