Would you like a job in a rapidly expanding technology? To support our Chief Revenue Officer, we are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant that is well-organized, able to work with others, and has an exceptional attention to detail. In addition to providing sophisticated administrative, logistical, and operational support and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners on all matters pertaining to the CRO’s time and schedule, this role requires effectively managing demanding and time-sensitive tasks and exhibiting a high degree of adaptability. The ideal applicant is a creative problem-solver who can foresee and eliminate administrative obstacles, make prompt judgments, use sound judgment, and professionally and poisedly manage several time-sensitive responsibilities. In addition to working closely with our team of executive assistants, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners, the senior executive assistant must be able to operate under pressure, handle a wide range of tasks, and act discreetly while handling confidential topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to plan ahead, comprehend how important goals are prioritized, and assist in managing deliverables or priorities.
  • Offer proactive support, which includes basic administrative tasks like advanced calendar management, group meeting scheduling and coordination, organizing domestic and international travel, filing expense reports, and comprehending, tracking, and keeping an eye on team priorities and output.
  • Gain insight into the team and business processes to establish yourself as a reliable advisor to the leadership group, helping to plan events and logistics in advance and creating and delivering written communications on the CRO’s behalf.
  • Help with meeting scheduling, agenda coordination, pre-work preparation and communication, documenting, identifying, and tracking deliverables, as well as sharing important actions and follow-ups with team members. Making plans in advance to drive decisions, foresee needs, and take action with little guidance or discretion.
  • Oversee the complete planning of the CRO’s meetings and offsites.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lytx EA team to guarantee that all group support is operating well and that all administrative processes specific to Lytx are handled as needed. Collaborate with business partners in People & Corporate Operations, Finance, and teams throughout the organization to establish and preserve strong business relationships with executive level and counterpart administrative staff both within and externally.
  • Serve as a point of contact for both their direct reports and other stakeholders within the larger company, making sure that issues are handled promptly and with the proper amount of discretion.

Requirements:

  • Eight years minimum of verified experience serving senior executives in a hectic setting.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizing abilities; excellent follow through on action items; functions well in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace; flexible when priorities change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing abilities. Be very wise and diplomatic in all of your dealings.
  • competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactive work style, and a drive to ease others’ workloads by foreseeing requirements.
