Position Description:

Organizational Context: Manages end-to-end information security, IT risk management, and automated capabilities that encourage trustworthy AI practices. Working across several organizations, both internal and external, to satisfy business needs and compliance objectives. Leads cross-departmental efforts in a variety of business/technical functions.

Principal Duties

• Establish secure model development life cycle processes for AI/ML models, including automated white box and black box inspections.
• AI robustness, vulnerability, and stress testing capabilities are delivered and integrated into Machine Learning Operations ecosystems.
• Assess and appraise open-source AI security libraries for use in enterprise AI stress testing and auditing.
• Establish comprehensive LLM security risk management processes and automated safeguards.
• Machine learning models should be integrated into a variety of application security technologies and processes.
• Enable production AI/ML safety system deployments with cloud-native packaging and deployment approaches including containers, serverless, CI/CD, and APIs.
• Create and enforce AI/ML and Generative AI application security guidelines.
• Offer production and operational assistance for AI/ML security solutions.
• Handle cloud deployments and automation frameworks for AI/ML security systems in the cloud.

Minimal requirements:

• 3+ years of Adversarial Robustness methodologies and machine learning technologies.
• Bachelor of Arts
• 3+ years of experience as an AI Security Engineer
• 3+ years of experience in AI Risk Management frameworks and Trustworthy AI practices.
• 3+ years of experience working with statistics, machine learning algorithms (DNN, NLP), large data, and data science toolkits.
• 3+ years of experience building, implementing, and running high-performance AI/ML pipelines and writing production code.
• 3+ years of experience deploying and operating AI/ML models in public cloud environments.
• 3+ years of experience assessing open-source machine learning tools, frameworks, and libraries.
• 3+ years of experience with data science programming languages, packages, and tools.
• 3+ years of expertise with Machine Learning Operations, Development Operations, Data Operations, and API connectors are required.
• 3+ years of experience in AI workload management.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud architecture, design, implementation, and management.
