We determined our pay ranges using compensation information from hundreds of startups in our stage that are situated in NYC. Also, location is not taken into account when determining remuneration. Depending on experience, the salary range for this position is between $158K and 206K. Additionally, this position comes with equity and top-notch benefits!

What you’ll do is

• Create software applications that are used by millions of Americans in times of financial need
• Create apps for iOS and Android with Vue, TypeScript, and Capacitor.
• Together with our design team, establish and produce a top-notch user experience.
• Ensure that our technology functions in a variety of scenarios, including those involving low-end Android devices, data plans, etc.
• assist with developing our engineering culture and procedures as we continue to grow
• Work together to select the best projects, provide outstanding solutions, and support the success of your team.
• During code reviews, effectively interact with team members.

What you possess:

• Experience working with a Javascript Framework like Vue, React, or Angular for at least three years; our frontend is written in VueJS + Typescript.
• Experience deploying and iterating in close collaboration with design and product partners Experience setting up and maintaining either mobile or web frontend infrastructure
• Knowledge of the starting environment or the capacity to function well under ambiguity
• a desire to positively influence our users’ lives
• Experience with Figma, understanding of UX concepts, accessibility, interaction design, or knowledge of government and safety net services are desirable.
