Responsibilities:
- Perform all responsibilities related to software development, such as designing prototypes and coding tasks, for the apps that have been given to you.
- Leading an Agile team requires using standardized development procedures (tools, shared components, and documentation) to contribute to software builds.
- Automated testing and leading code reviews
- Debug software components and locate errors in the code that need to be fixed.
- Oversees the installation, maintenance, and supervision of software in test, integration, and production environments.
- Give teams the tools they need to automate deployments in test or production environments.
- Giving teams the authority to automatically scale applications depending on demand estimates
- Clarify the team’s objectives and set them in order to accomplish success through cooperation, direction, feedback, acknowledgment, and open and honest communication.
- Assists teammates and provides assistance in resolving technical issues
- Aids in team member hiring and retention
- Drives the team’s technical strategy and decides which projects to focus on
- Influences team members by questioning the status quo, showing courage, and putting fresh ideas into practice
- By assessing workflow and helping the team be more effective, productive, and capable of delivering quicker and more powerful outputs, productivity multiplier for the team
- Team members’ achievement within the team by serving as mentors and coaches
- Collaborates with team leaders to determine the needs for and implementation of solutions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of practical experience with software development, automated testing, and application design
- GraphQL, Web Services, REST services, and Java/J2EE technologies demonstrated practical experience
- Slack API, Microsoft GraphAPI, and Atlassian API experience is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of components, technologies, and infrastructure
- Knowledge of creating orchestrated APIs that are highly scalable, fault resistant, and productive.
- Framework and tools for testing and automation: Jute and Selenium
- Good knowledge of Rally, Jira, Confluence, and Agile (Scrum)
Salary: from $110,000 and $190,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits
