Responsibilities:
Application Development
- Perform technical software development tasks for allocated applications, such as designing, creating prototypes, assigning coding tasks, and utilizing API specifications and automation.
- Leading an agile team requires using standardized development procedures (tools, shared components, and documentation) to contribute to software builds.
- Provides solutions to businesses throughout the world
- Debug software components and locate errors in the code that need to be fixed.
- Oversees the installation, maintenance, and supervision of software in test, integration, and production environments.
- Locating possibilities for implementing new technology
Leadership
- Assumes responsibility for the team’s success in attaining its objectives
- Drives the team’s strategy and decides which projects to focus on
- Challenge the current quo, show risk-taking, and put creative ideas into practice
- Examining your work process and making a contribution to the team’s increased effectiveness, productivity, and production of better, quicker outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience and/or equivalent experience, such as:
- Required education is a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or a closely related field; advanced education is preferred.
- It is imperative to have prior hands-on experience operating Oracle HCM platform Global HR.
- Create file- and API-based inbound/outbound integrations for Oracle HCM.
- Prior knowledge of generating a functional and technical description for the team after reading an HCM whitepaper
- Before usage of the HCM-provided API and integration with business applications,
- Having knowledge of Agile (Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, and Kanban
- Completed at least one HCM Cloud project’s full life cycle.
- Prior knowledge with Oracle HCM automation and test data management will be advantageous.
- Being familiar with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) beforehand will be advantageous.
- It will be advantageous to have prior experience automating the code distribution process.
Salary: from $110,000 and $190,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits
