- This position is a member of the Information Technology Team within the Information Technology Division. - What you intend to do
- Collaborates with executives, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers, as well as internal customers, to understand and develop demands based on business requirements.
- Using domain-driven design and test-driven development, maintains and improves existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms.
- Complex issues are troubleshooted and debugged; solutions are identified and implemented. Detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates are created.
- Investigates and deploys new technologies in order to improve current procedures, security, and performance. Contributes to the establishment of coding standards and follows best practices and security guidelines Works closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure that decisions suit the long-term objectives of the company.
Everything you’ll need to succeed
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, technology, information systems (CIS/MIS), engineering, or a similar technical subject is required, or comparable experience/training.
- 3 years of full SDLC expertise designing, developing, and deploying large-scale applications in hosted production environments
- Professional, design, and open-source expertise spanning three years
Education and prior job experience are preferred qualifications.
- A master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, technology, information systems (CIS/MIS), engineering, or a similar technical subject is required, or comparable experience/training.
- 5 years of experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
