The North American Partnerships team will include the Partnerships Opportunities Coordinator. You will facilitate the processing of a significant number of NA creator requests while reporting to the Senior Manager of NA Partnerships Operations. While attempting to establish best practice go-to-market procedures for the area, you will monitor and guarantee that creator opportunities are sourced.
Responsibilities:
- Work together with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Twitch Rivals) on any creator opportunities and requests.
- Deal with pressing matters in live or forthcoming briefs, making sure that activations are sourced in accordance with committed service level agreements.
- Describe your thoughts on all phases of the lifetime of the various campaigns.
- Create materials and advice to assist those making requests; collaborate with the Go To Market teams and appropriate NA Partnership Leads to improve internal procedures
- Keep track of crucial performance indicators related to the pipeline of NA opportunities.
- Review international initiatives, tools, and support for localization
- Aid top management in a variety of program implementation
Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Three or more years of experience in operational, pipeline management, or related positions
- Managing talks between several departments
- knowledge of project management tools (Monday, Asana, Trello)
- talents in data analysis
- Having a basic understanding of the gaming or media industries would be ideal but not necessary.
