Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Operations Analyst for Renal, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining bids, contracts, and proposals for National, Strategic, and Direct accounts. You will be a key contact for sales and marketing colleagues and will perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested. You will also be responsible for processing account contract-related payments, preparing and distributing procedural bulletins and SOPs, supporting analysis of proposals, and supporting other contract analysts’ pricing and billing issues. Additionally, you will be conducting individual and team audits to ensure team quality and familiarize with the JDE BAMS system or similar pricing system.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of related field experience or higher. The person should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment to achieve goals. The position requires knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, along with data and reporting tools such as Cognos or Tableau. The individual is expected to have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, to recommend improvements in processes, to develop ideas into action plans, and to train others.

Salary Range:

The successful candidate for this position will receive a base salary range of $60,000.00 to $132,000.00 USD annually plus an annual incentive bonus. The actual salary may vary based on several factors, including relevant skills/experience, business line, time in the role, or geographic/office location.
