Position Description

Are you a problem-solver with excellent analytical skills? Do you have experience in Business Analysis and working within Agile development environments? If so, HealthEquity is seeking a remote Senior Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data to create detailed business requirements and process improvements
• Conduct GAP analysis and participations in Product discovery efforts
• Provide SCRUM team support within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to clear team blockers
• Serve as an expert in product capabilities and make recommendations based on data analysis
• Develop and execute test plans, and assess the severity, impact, and root cause of production defects
• Keep team members informed of items that impact their projects
• Meet with stakeholders to document processes, develop use cases, and elicit requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst or similar role
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract, analyze and report on information gathered from internal systems, databases, and external resources
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously
• Adept at data-driven storytelling and documentation using clear and compelling visuals
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience reading, writing, and executing SQL scripts
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization
