Responsibilities:

In charge of creating, creating, and delivering training programs; working with corporate executives to identify learning needs; and recommending program content and design.

Requirements:

• Three years of minimum relevant experience is required; project management expertise is preferred.
• Familiarity with virtual conferencing tools and LMS.
• Shown ability to facilitate both in-person and online settings.
• Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• Outstanding attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office software.
• Capacity to go fifty percent.

Optimal Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Articulate curriculum design program
• Knowledge of the philosophy of adult learning
• Knowledge of the language used in medical insurance
• Familiarity with or instruction in Epic software
