Join Spoonflower as a Senior Analyst and become an integral part of our centralized data analytics community. You’ll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, playing a key role in fostering data-driven decisions and growth. This position involves addressing data-related inquiries, designing measurement frameworks, automating reports, and providing actionable insights to support the business. As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to the success of Spoonflower’s data-driven initiatives and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of essential analytics principles, including lift study, digital/web/app analytics, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling (adtech and digital tracking knowledge is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong SQL skills, including aggregate functions and joins
  • Experience with enterprise data visualization tools such as Lookr, Power BI, and Tableau, with the ability to handle complex datasets
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, data integration, and data governance best practices
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to independently validate and cross-reference data and analyses
  • Curiosity about factors driving business trends and understanding of eCommerce and performance marketing metrics
  • Self-starter mindset with a demonstrated capacity to learn quickly
  • Effective communicator who sets clear expectations and addresses concerns
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and a minimum of 5+ years of progressive analytical experience (a Master’s degree is a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the data and analytics expert within cross-functional teams
  • Address instrumentation, measurement, and data integration inquiries, delivering actionable insights
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify tracking requirements and maintain tracking tags
  • Design measurement frameworks and KPIs for business performance initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to automate reporting and optimize workflows
  • Create analytics and insights along the entire customer journey, combining performance across different marketing channels
  • Support new product launches by providing insights into consumer behavior
  • Analyze and report on paid performance marketing programs’ performance and ROI
  • Design A/B testing programs to ensure accurate measurements of results
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Foster data literacy and mentor junior analysts
