Responsibilities:

The daily administration, implementation, and ongoing user support of CVS’s Clarity PPM application will fall under the purview of the Sr Analyst, application support. Develop an application roadmap in collaboration with team leadership and other support teams, and plan the rollout of new features across several departments. In accordance with business standards, take the initiative and engage in the development, testing, installation, maintenance, and ongoing support of extremely complex solutions. Engage in unit testing and provide assistance for next release testing. Add security monitoring and controls, and keep them up to date to support business standards. It is their responsibility to look into rate adjustment requests and make sure the necessary permissions are in place before implementation. In charge of imparting knowledge to other support team members. Create and oversee new portlets (object and query based). Offer additional capabilities and features to help business and IT users. Offer regular assistance in resolving challenging technical and operational issues.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

• At least 43,700
• Up to 100,000

Requirements:

Required credentials 3+ years of administration and support expertise with Clarity PPM Cloud applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of expertise using project development lifecycle software like Rally
• 5+ years of enterprise administrative experience with Clarity PPM; ability to articulate ideas and problem-solving
• Ability to swiftly spot company issues and possibilities through data analysis and interpretation
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to identify core causes
• A meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to high-quality instruction

Education: Computer science, information technology, or a related field at the associate’s degree level or higher
