Responsibilities:
- Through internal coordination and cooperation with Product Management, Finance, and Legal, support the establishment of essential goods.
- Responsible for creating and carrying out a customized upsell strategy for each client, as well as for continuous plan monitoring and any necessary revisions.
- Determine chances for expansions, upsells, and making the most of revenue-growth potential.
- Delivery of a regular performance evaluation of the strategy with the client.
- When necessary, interact directly with assigned clients to support upselling efforts and provide advice on commercial and regulatory market best practices.
- Acts as the public face of Express Scripts, maintaining and fostering relationships with constant communication and consultation.
- Account team leader is responsible for ensuring client happiness, teamwork, productivity, and the best use of chances for upsells, expansions, and revenue development.
- Direct actions taken by internal cross-functional partners in support of the strategic plan and in relation to the strategic objectives of the client.
- Assigned special projects.
Requirements:
- With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, the minimum requirement is 10 to 14 years.
- Advanced PC abilities, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Extensive knowledge of project management.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Working understanding of financial modeling, risk-based contract management, and financial management principles.
- Exhibited leadership and negotiating abilities.
- Developed time management, organizational, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Ability to travel when necessary to achieve objectives.
Range of prices: $105,000 to $175,000
