Position Description
Centerfield Media is seeking a SEM Media Buyer to join our paid search team and support the acquisition of new customers. Our Dugout platform is used to scale the customer acquisition to worldwide top brands and is trusted by the leading residential service, insurance, e-commerce, and B2B sectors. As our Media Buyer, you will collaborate with a team of paid search experts in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results. This position requires a deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to enhance campaigns and boost profitability. You will also work with well-known clients and scale accounts with a highly skilled and motivated group of media buyers.
Responsibilities
– Launch, plan, and execute digital ad campaigns to enhance awareness and acquire new users through our Owned & Operated sites.
– Implement, monitor, and execute Paid Search strategies to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, analyze data, and derive insights.
– Discover new prospects to improve revenue and profitability within Google’s advertising opportunities such as Search, Display, Remarketing, and Video.
– Perform A/B tests on ad copies and landing pages to refine and enhance conversion rates.
– Generate campaign reports and extract data to explain campaign performance to direct and cross-functional teams.
– Stay updated with the latest paid search and best practices in digital marketing and emerging technologies.
– Work closely with programs such as Paid Social, SEM, Display, and Programmatic in analyzing campaign performance and developing campaign strategies.
Qualifications
– A bachelor’s degree in marketing or any qualitative field such as economics, statistics, math, and finance.
– A minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing or advertising related to SEM on Google, Microsoft, etc., with an emphasis on direct response campaigns like CPL, CPA, CPC, ROI, and ROAS.
– Hands-on experience in campaigns and optimizations.
– A thorough understanding of real-time bidding auctions and bid strategies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate ideas effectively.
– Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
– The ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and organize them logically.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a self-starter mentality.
– Experience using SA360/Tableau would be an advantage.
