Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve day-to-day issues, escalating as necessary.
• Work with Enterprise Solutions DevSecOps and third-party vendors to develop technology solutions aligned with business capability roadmaps.
• Engage with the Information Security team to vet new third-party vendors integrating with Legacy Applications.
• Define and drive the strategy for future business capabilities in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Partner with finance, tax, and financial shared services teams to create and maintain 3-5 year Business Capability Roadmaps supporting business strategy.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance business capabilities.
• Assess Agile/DevSecOps maturity and establish transformation targets.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with corporate finance leaders and IT colleagues.
• Champion the identification and implementation of information technology transformation.
• Act as the principal technology advisor to business partners.
• Define business requirements for technology solution ideas and oversee the proposal lifecycle.
• Contribute to IT Annual Operating Plan development and funding processes.
• Serve as an escalation point for unexpected issues, guiding them to resolution.
• Promote the PepsiCo Way through daily actions that inspire colleagues and foster teamwork.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experiences:

• 10+ years of experience in an IT or technical business-facing role.
• Strong collaboration skills with remote IT, vendor, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or Finance.
• Experience in finance or IT supporting finance functions.
• Agile methodology training/certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe POPM).
• Technical proficiency and global collaboration experience for successful technology projects.
• Familiarity with IT managed services and business processing outsourcing environments.
• Track record of navigating diverse stakeholder groups to achieve alignment.
• Strong understanding of PepsiCo’s digital platforms.
