Position Description:
As a Paid Search Manager, your role involves developing and optimizing paid search campaigns to boost traffic, leads, and conversions. You’ll be responsible for managing advertising budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve digital marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- Craft compelling ad copy and conduct A/B tests on landing pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
- Manage large campaign budgets, ensuring efficiency and maximizing ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Implement tracking and B2B full-funnel metrics.
- Report on campaign performance and present findings.
- Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest paid search trends and platform capabilities.
- Monitor spending to adhere to budget constraints.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and share results with stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Possess 6+ years of marketing and analytics experience.
- Have managed a monthly paid search spend of $250k+ on Google Ads and Bing, with a focus on downstream sales metrics.
- Located in Utah and open to a hybrid work model, with occasional office visits in Lindon.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in testing and making data-driven recommendations.
- Effective communication skills for transparent performance discussions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
