Responsibilities:

Requirements:

PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS

  • Must be situated in the Sacramento/Golden State area.
  • One year of prior experience supervising more than twenty customer care representatives in contact centers or retail establishments
  • One year of prior experience successfully integrating change management programs into extensive operations.
  • Prior experience managing groups in a remote setting
  • Possessing a 25% chance of traveling
  • Capacity to work on weekends, holidays, and at night
  • Based on business needs, working a full-time schedule of more than forty hours a week
  • Completing the following duties, whether or whether a reasonable accommodation is made:
  • Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 49 pounds.
  • Bend, reach, kneel, pull, and push frequently
  • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours during shift work.
  • Operate in a setting with fluctuating and occasionally loud noise levels (hearing protection will be provided).
  • Work in a setting where there is no control over the temperature and it can change depending on the outside weather

DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS

  • An associate’s degree or its equivalent
  • Two to three years of experience managing people and in leadership
  • Prior experience working in sorting centers, fulfillment centers, and AMZL delivery stations
  • Proven ability to aggressively lead, manage, and expand an operations team in a strong, self-driven manner.
  • Proficiency in project and personnel management
  • Business acumen and the capacity to formulate, convey, and carry out a vision
  • Track record of resolving challenging issues
  • Takes into account other people’s viewpoints while using facts and anecdotes to decide how to proceed; performs root cause analysis; contributes to both short- and long-term projects and goals; prioritise important elements and take decisive, fast, and assured action
