Responsibilities:

The IT Project Management Advisor is in charge of guiding medium to large IT projects/programs through all phases to a successful conclusion. The day-to-day leadership management and coordination of all activities pertaining to project direction, goal-setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project health and reporting, problem-solving, and collaboration with key stakeholders are the duties of the IT project manager. This is done to ensure that the project’s objectives are met. Additionally, the project manager actively coaches and mentors individuals and teams for projects related to customer satisfaction, process improvement, and best practices in project management.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

• At least 90,000
• The most: 180,000

Requirements:

Required credentials

7+ years of proven project management expertise, with experience leading at least one big, complex IT product or software development cycle
Project managers, Scrum Masters, and/or Product Managers with 7+ years of experience working in a PMO (Project Mgt Office) setting are

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced or Master’s level education or comparable experience preferred
• Certifications in Scrum, SAFe Agile, Program Management Professional (PgMP), and Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.
• Knowledge of IT networks, applications, and the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Complex project execution experience that has been shown over the last 5-7 years

Education: A bachelor’s degree in technology or an experience level that is comparable
