Position Description

Cambrick Yard LLC, a dynamic digital media company, is seeking a Scriptwriter & Associate Video Producer to contribute to its YouTube Content. This role will focus on assisting the YouTube Manager, Editors, and On-Screen Talent in multiple production activities while maintaining the company’s high professional and quality standards.

Responsibilities

– Draft and edit engaging and well-researched scripts
– Manage footage resources and coordinate with reporting teams to ensure the availability of fresh and relevant b-roll
– Assist in managing ongoing projects, deadlines, and staff to maintain production values
– Establishing project requirements and feasibility by creating scopes and specifications
– Develop and maintain timelines for simultaneous projects
– Review post-production video, provide valuable feedback, and assist in finalizing content
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate internal processes and final deliveries
– Facilitate publishing duties
– Provide necessary support to ensure content matches Cambrick Yard’s values of consistency, authenticity, and reliability

Qualifications

– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Skilled in collaborating and working well with co-workers and team members
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management (informal processes are acceptable)
– Excellent grammar, non-fiction writing/journalism, and editing skills, with a talent for entertaining copy
– In-depth knowledge and experience in Disney theme parks
– Experience directing individual staff and teams with great organizational and problem-solving skills
– Multimedia skills, including experience with video and photo editing
– Experience with creating and managing audio and video content is a plus.
