Responsibilities:
- Creates process work flows, functional design documents, system reference guides, process diagrams, and training materials.
- Creates and installs workable Payroll system solutions as needed by business partners
- Defines workaround procedures and remedial measures
- Solves difficult problems using system operations
- Creates and maintains reporting metrics and procedure documentation to guarantee consistent, accurate problem-solving and SLA fulfillment.
- Maintains domain knowledge by staying current with best practices in systems technology and evolving technologies, and makes suggestions for improvements or modifications.
- Travel might be necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements include education and previous work experience.
- Information technology bachelor’s degree with a focus on finance or accounting or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years of SAP Payroll experience
Prior work experience and education are preferred qualifications.
- 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience
Knowledge, Permits, and Certifications
- Licensed in SAP Configuration
- Knowledge of process models, off-cycle payments, third-party remittance, benefits, garnishments, and payroll processes
- Knowledge of the functional application SAP Payroll
- Knowledge of US Tax models
- Practical knowledge of PCRs and Schema
- Experience with the Enhancement Pack for Netweaver, Java, Javascript, SML, Idoc, Business Connector, and ECC 6.0 Enh7
