Responsibilities:
- Using target lists given by American Express, make outbound calls to business owners whose annual company revenues range from $500k to $10M.
- Engage in phone discussions with decision-makers and business owners to ascertain their needs and provide the appropriate American Express Business product recommendations.
- Keep your product and service knowledge at a high level, and express the right product features, benefits, and other aspects of American Express Small Business products in a clear and concise manner.
- Lead a pipeline of potential consumers effectively.
- Continually work to strengthen your core selling abilities, such as developing connections with customers, comprehending their needs, resolving objections, and completing deals.
- Respect the Blue Box Principles, GCS Sales Procedures, and American Express Leadership Behaviors.
- Advocate for and in favor of compliance among US SME and GCS.
Requirements:
- Inside Making outbound sales calls requires sales experience.
- Experience making cold calls is a bonus.
- a track record of building and sustaining business connections.
- Having worked in a highly regulated field.
- Business and financial knowledge.
- Understanding of the many stages and sales cycles.
- Use various online tools and digital platforms to navigate.
- A consultative approach to customer engagements and active listening abilities.
- Exceptional phone skills and the capacity to tailor a message to different audiences at different levels.
Salary: $20.00 to $31.25 per hour plus benefits and a sales bonus
