Responsibilities:

• On the sales floor, you will employ a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their available options; this is where your drive and passion for assisting others will shine.
• You will participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound phone calls to existing and prospective customers.
• You will work from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., including weekends, so that we can be available when our customers need us. Monthly schedules based on seniority are available two weeks in advance.
• Being adaptable and receptive to change will help you keep up with evolving technology and all the ways we work to meet customer demands in this fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus. No sales experience? We will provide you with the necessary tools, training, and coaching to achieve and exceed your goals!
