By assisting customers in resolving issues or achieving better business outcomes through the purchase of the suitable FranklinCovey subscription, the sales representative cultivates business partnerships that benefit both parties. With the implementation of results-based quarterly and annual business evaluations with their subscribing clients, the sales executive transforms into a trusted advisor who helps them secure a successful return on investment and encourage expansions and renewals. This role could promote various FrankinCovey products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Principal developer of new, strategic business initiatives aimed at medium-to large-sized accounts.
- Strong and measurable social media outreach and networking abilities to establish connections with mid- to senior-level executives and other important stakeholders in order to spark interest, open doors, and bring in new business.
- Exceptionally adept at identifying and evaluating client needs from a business outcome and strategic perspective. Executive credibility and presence in live, in-person and virtual meetings.
- Extremely knowledgeable in platform, social media, and sales technologies
- Consistently closes business in accordance with the FranklinCovey expansion mix and pricing, subscription, and service requirements.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements
Three or more years of corporate sales experience are required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
It is imperative to have a consistent work history and an exceptionally strong record of individual sales achievement in medium- to large-scale corporate settings. a track record of successful consultative sales combined with talents in prospecting, forecasting, lead generation, and closing high-quality opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in business, related discipline, or organizational development. Sales to Fortune 5,000 businesses through subscription-based models and/or professional services environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical aptitude, and the capacity to do in-depth research and promote FranklinCovey solutions. Present to line leadership and senior corporate executives in your list of accounts in a polished, captivating manner that is entirely from the buyer’s point of view.
