As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for the entire cycle of prospecting, deeply understanding our features, considering creative sales strategies, building relationships, developing strong sales pipelines, and analyzing data and trends to report, as well as representing LeadSimple professionally in discussions with clients.
Responsibilities
– Generating and qualifying leads via phone, email, and text (40+ outbound contacts per day)
– Coordinate demos schedules for the team
– Develop an excellent relationship with clients to gain their trust
– Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads aggressively
– Meet lead monthly quota at 100% (20 SQLs per month)
– Analyze and maintain excellent databases and update CRM databases regularly
– Creative selling strategies from research and data analysis
– Weekly reporting on quantitive and qualitative results.
Qualifications
– Minimum of one-year successful business development experience
– Passion for results, drive & motivation
– Ability to learn new technologies and skills promptly
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
– Owns the whole outcome and makes a confident decision
– Compliance with emotional maturity standards
– Strong can-do attitude with an optimistic view
– Owns a smartphone and can access the internet with a personal computer
– Prior Business development experience (preferred, but not required).
