• Systems administration and support, encompassing account management, technical troubleshooting, and the implementation of new systems

Requirements:

PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS

• Three or more years of expertise in administrative automation and systems management
• Previous experience collaborating in an Agile/Scrum setting
• Proficiency in debugging and systems analysis techniques to promptly detect and address problems

DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of at least one contemporary programming language, such as Python or PowerShell
• Proficiency with contemporary tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, Dropbox)
• A bachelor’s degree in MIS, software engineering, or computer science
