Responsibilities:
- Work together with customers to comprehend job descriptions, hiring requirements, and corporate culture.
- Create specialized recruitment tactics to draw qualified applicants to client positions.
- To find possible applicants, use a variety of sourcing strategies, including as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough applicant screenings, which should include evaluations and interviews, to determine the candidates’ compatibility, abilities, and qualifications.
- Present clients with the shortlisted applicants and arrange interview times.
- After interviews, get client feedback and offer advice on choosing candidates.
- Help clients with the preparation and negotiation of employment offers
- Keep up good communication with clients and give them regular information on the status of the hiring process.
- To continuously improve client recruitment methods, stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Prior expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment (two or more years) is required.
- Strong familiarity with job boards, application tracking systems, and social media platforms as recruitment tools and tactics
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish trust with both applicants and clients
- Demonstrated capacity to oversee several client recruitment procedures at once while paying close attention to detail
- A results-driven mentality and the capacity to surpass customer expectations and timelines
- Adept at using Google Suite and other pertinent programs
