Responsibilities:

  • Work together with customers to comprehend job descriptions, hiring requirements, and corporate culture.
  • Create specialized recruitment tactics to draw qualified applicants to client positions.
  • To find possible applicants, use a variety of sourcing strategies, including as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough applicant screenings, which should include evaluations and interviews, to determine the candidates’ compatibility, abilities, and qualifications.
  • Present clients with the shortlisted applicants and arrange interview times.
  • After interviews, get client feedback and offer advice on choosing candidates.
  • Help clients with the preparation and negotiation of employment offers
  • Keep up good communication with clients and give them regular information on the status of the hiring process.
  • To continuously improve client recruitment methods, stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Prior expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment (two or more years) is required.
  • Strong familiarity with job boards, application tracking systems, and social media platforms as recruitment tools and tactics
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish trust with both applicants and clients
  • Demonstrated capacity to oversee several client recruitment procedures at once while paying close attention to detail
  • A results-driven mentality and the capacity to surpass customer expectations and timelines
  • Adept at using Google Suite and other pertinent programs
