Position Description:

The complete project management of real estate strategy falls within the purview of the real estate operations manager. This position collaborates with a range of stakeholders to comprehend and carry out strategic initiatives related to setting up brick-and-mortar healthcare hubs where patients or “members” of the Company may be seen and treated in person, when necessary.

This individual will:

  • Serving as the main project manager for the launch of new Cityblock spaces (such as clinics or hubs) in various markets, with responsibility for managing every step of the process, including site selection, contracting, space design, building, and outfitting.
  • Together with leadership, finance, and legal departments, create and implement a real estate planning and approval procedure.
  • In order to create a uniform experience for all members and staff who visit Cityblock in person, work with leadership to establish and implement a brand concept for the physical space design.
  • Develop, test, and launch new Cityblock space models that take into account regional features and requirements.
  • To address risks and problems relating to the management of continuing clinical and corporate spaces, collaborate cross-functionally with the clinical and operations teams.
  • Determine and plan for clinical space while taking all necessary legal and compliance requirements into account.
  • As part of project management efforts, promptly address any construction-related difficulties and make sure to maintain close communication with partners and other parties as necessary.
  • Work closely with Finance to control total capital expenditures related to growth initiatives.

Conditions for the Position:

  • Architecture Bachelor’s Degree
  • five to seven years of relevant experience
  • Managed multi-market, end-to-end real estate deployments with a track record of success
  • Knowledge of a national expansion and a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • demonstrates a track record of managing relationships with the many different partners required for real estate development, such as architects, designers, contractors, and furnishings dealers.
  • a successful history of keeping expensive real estate developments on schedule
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
  • Candidate has experience in the development of real estate, engineering or architectural design, construction management, and/or a related field. Candidate also has experience with the setup of clinical real estate and a thorough knowledge and understanding of the corresponding regulatory requirements.
  • Can establish trust with a person or group quickly; at ease working in a variety of interdisciplinary team settings to project manage a variety of projects and adhere to deadlines.
